Cllr Rich Rogers
Winterslow & Upper Bourne Valley Division
Rich Rogers was elected the Unitary Councillor for the Winterslow and Upper Bourne Valley Division in May 2021. As a local resident, born and raised in a rural community, Rich has been heavily involved in local community matters, working positively with Parish Councils, Community Groups and local businesses to tackle a myriad of concerns and issues. In particular, Rich has been involved in the introduction of speed control measures in the area, working with community groups to tackle local highway maintenance and flooding and providing support to vulnerable families.
Rich has also recently been elected Chair of South Wiltshire Area Board, helping to bring important decision making back to the heart of the local community and provide targeted funding for highways improvement schemes and in support of community groups. Rich is assisted by his wife, Caroline and children, Sam and Lucy, who help to ensure local challenges are addressed, rural communities are protected, and public services improved.
Rich is always delighted to hear from residents, and always willing to listen, to help out and provide the necessary support to address resident's concerns.
