I have seen, in the Gazette and Herald, an urgent appeal for the donations to the Corsham Food Bank is looking as they expect Christmas to stretch their supplies.
The food bank, which started in May, operates from St Aldhelm’s Church, in Pickwick Road, at 10am on Saturdays, supporting people who – due to various reasons – are in need of food supplies. If anyone would like to donate food to the food bank they can leave donated supplies in collection bins.
If you can, please give generously. Collection point locations include MoD Corsham, the Co-op in the Martingate Centre, and the tourist information centre. For more information, call (01249) 714 017.
