Area Board fights back against boy racers

Conservative led Devizes Area Board has given elderly residents in Devizes a grant of £1000 to help alleviate the problem of "boy racers". The money was ringfenced by Area Board Chairman, Councillor Simon Jacobs to pay for measures such as a barrier, which can be locked at night, to keep boy and girl racers from revving engines and keeping residents at Stanford Court in Sheep Street awake.
